Termite Inspection

Certified through InterNACHI and proud member of the NPMA(National Pest Management Association) to provide knowledgeable inspections to detect previous or active indications of Wood Destroying Organisms in or around the home. This inspection can be added during the scheduling process.

Thermal Imagery Inspection

This cutting-edge technology uses infrared radiation to detect temperature differences, making it ideal for finding hot spots, energy leaks, moisture issues and other anomalies that may be invisible to the naked eye. We use thermal cameras on every inspection, if deemed necessary, as it can provide a non-invasive assessment of potential problems.

Drone aerial footage

We use state of the art drone technology to aid in our inspection techniques. From A framed roofs, commercial roofs, to high chimney tops. A drone is a great tool that can bring great value to your inspection and it’s brought with us on every inspection in case we need to reach those areas that are otherwise inaccessible by foot.
