Termite Inspections
We inspect both the interior and exterior, including the basement and attic for termite activity such as moisture levels, wood damage, and droppings. We also look for other wood destroying organisms.
Mold Inspections
Our mold inspection services include air sampling and testing, and surface sampling and testing (if visible fungal growth) through a a verified laboratory. General Home Inspection
We examine visible and accessible components and systems. Defects, safety concerns, needed repairs, maintenance, or upgrades may be identified. It provides valuable information to the homebuyer and may save them from costly surprises in the future.

The infrared camera detects temperature differences and identifies issues with insulation, heating, and cooling systems, and moisture issues.
